Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current BCBA certification and relevant state license
• Experience working with school-aged children across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Familiarity with creating and implementing functional behavior assessments
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to train and coach educational staff and caregivers on behavior support strategies

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Work closely with school teams to ensure the effective implementation of behavioral supports
• Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as needed
• Provide direct support and modeling to staff working with students with behavioral needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district and regulatory standards
