NOW HIRING | Staff RN (Multiple Openings) Onsite | St. Petersburg, FL Weekday Shifts | 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM $32.00 – $38.00/hr. + Shift Differential HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled Staff Registered Nurses (RN) to join one of our valued client partners. This is a direct placement opportunity for skilled nursing and long‑term care nursing work. We are seeking dependable, compassionate RNs with strong clinical judgment and prior skilled nursing or long‑term care experience to provide exceptional patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced inpatient environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly Maintain compliant and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary teams Respond professionally to resident needs and emergencies Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Required Qualifications Active Florida RN license Skilled nursing, long‑term care, or nursing home experience Strong patient care and communication skills Ability to work effectively in team‑based environments Strong clinical documentation and medication administration skills Stable and consistent employment history Preferred Qualifications Long‑term care inpatient experience Experience working in high‑volume skilled nursing environments Strong resident‑centered care approach Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently HireNow Disqualifiers Jumpy or unstable work history Acute care‑only backgrounds (ER, Med Surg, hospital‑only experience) No skilled nursing or long‑term care experience Poor documentation or communication practices Compensation and Schedule $32.00 – $38.00/hr. base + $2/hr. shift differential Full‑time or part‑time availability Consistent weekday scheduling Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO and additional earning opportunities Supportive clinical leadership Benefits begin after 60 days All candidate information is handled confidentially and evaluated against defined requirements.
