A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE Project setup and maintenance Accounts payable review and coding, entry as needed Data entry/imports on billable units such as mileage and reproduction in the ERP system Assist the Project Accounting Specialists with pulling invoice back up Assist with client invoice submittal as needed Provide project, billing, A/R and other misc. reports as needed Document archival pertaining to projects and client/sub‑consultant contracts Special projects as requested by supervisors REQUIRED EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS Associates degree or equivalent work experience in accounting preferred REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Must be detail oriented and organized Must be able to multi‑task and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines (OT as needed) Must be self‑motivated and strive to produce quality work IDEALLY, YOU SHOULD ALSO HAVE Working knowledge and skills in accounting preferred High degree of proficiency in Excel and moderate Microsoft office skills preferred Experience in the Engineering and Construction industry is a plus.
