Compensation: $36,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Our office is open 9am - 6pm Mon thru Thurs; 9 - 5 Fri; and Sat by appointment. We currently have 6 team members at our agency. We have 17 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
