ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2017, and our team includes two team members plus me - a close-knit group that works together with a strong family-first mindset. Before opening my office, I spent four years as a State Farm team member, which gave me a hands-on understanding of what it takes to build a supportive agency and deliver a great customer experience.

I have a degree in Criminal Justice, and outside of work I'm a proud husband and dad to two kids. I'm a big animal lover, love cooking (total foodie), and stay busy being involved in my kids' basketball and soccer. I'm also a car and motorcycle enthusiast and enjoy anything outdoors - snowboarding, off-roading, beach days, you name it.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Eric Albora - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
