We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex projects from start to finish, with the ability to accurately schedule project timelines, read plans/blueprints, and communicate effectively with subcontractors.
Responsibilities will include:
Developing and managing comprehensive project plans
Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors
Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
Managing budgets, schedules, and project timelines
Analyzing and resolving project issues
Communicating with clients and stakeholders
Reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints
Utilizing construction project management software (e.g., Contractor Foreman)
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in construction project management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in construction project management software (e.g., Contractor Foreman)
Ability to accurately schedule and manage project timelines
Must have a valid driver’s license (Company vehicle may be provided if necessary)
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
