Senior Accountant

Salary $80,000-$85,000 Responsibilities Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages and supporting schedules Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances to ensure accuracy Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations Support work‑in‑process (WIP) analysis and percentage‑of‑completion revenue recognition Assist with inventory reconciliations and periodic physical inventory counts Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan activities Partner with leadership and the parent company on financial reporting requirements Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency Assist with AP/AR functions and ad‑hoc accounting projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with an accounting concentration 3+ years of accounting experience; manufacturing or construction industry experience preferred Experience with month‑end close and financial reporting Strong understanding of GAAP and financial accounting principles Advanced Excel skills including pivots, lookups, and formulas ERP experience preferred; Foundation experience is a plus Detail‑oriented with strong communication and organizational skills Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and sick time Company‑paid life and disability insurance Employee Assistance Program Career growth and advancement opportunities On‑the‑job training and collaborative team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Connect Search, LLC
