We are seeking a motivated B2B Account Executive/Business Process Consultant  to join our growing sales team. This is an outside sales position responsible for developing new business relationships and helping organizations identify technology solutions that support their business goals.

Position Summary

As a B2B Account Executive, you will build relationships with business leaders, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions that improve workflow, productivity, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, developing business relationships, and working toward performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory.

• Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.

• Conduct business needs assessments to identify customer challenges.

• Present customized technology and business solutions.

• Prepare proposals and follow up throughout the sales process.

• Maintain accurate sales activity and opportunities within the CRM.

• Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective customers.

• Provide ongoing account support and relationship management after the sale.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

Required

• 1–3 years of outside sales, business development, or related sales experience.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred

• Experience prospecting and generating new business.

• Experience using a CRM system.

• Knowledge of office technology, managed IT services, software, or other B2B technology solutions.
