We're looking for dependable and friendly individuals to join our team as a Donation Attendant / Retail Associate in the Mason area. In this role, you'll help create a positive experience for donors while keeping merchandise organized and ready for the sales floor. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working with people, and being part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist donors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Accept and organize donated items.
- Sort merchandise into designated categories.
- Size and organize clothing and other donated items.
- Stack, move, and prepare merchandise for processing and display.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Dress Code:
- Casual attire
- Closed-toe shoes required
