Salary Range: $112,000-$127,000, DOE This position is eligible for quarterly bonus's based on performance Director of Quality and Risk Opportunity: Full-time, permanent opportunity working face to face daily The Director of Quality and Risk will lead hospital-wide quality, patient safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to federal, state, accreditation, and organizational standards. Oversee accreditation readiness, policy development, performance improvement programs, and data analysis through quality and patient experience platforms to drive operational excellence. The Director of Quality and Risk will partner with department leaders to enhance patient care, resolve concerns, manage risk-related activities, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and employee recognition.
