Financial Planning Specialist

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is a leading home builder in the U.S., and we are looking for a Financial Planning Specialist. Responsibilities Run monthly proformas to project future profitability and cash flow needs. Update monthly, quarterly and year‑to‑date schedules with actuals by the 5th business day of each month. Analyze variances and explain to senior management. Review monthly financial statements to ensure correct cost allocations, impairment reversals, CSDs, etc., and communicate discrepancies. Participate in monthly Land Development meetings and inquire about variances from budgets. Monitor contingency to ensure adequate budget. Review and prepare white books for Land Acquisition and validate proforma assumptions. Prepare tri‑annual financial plan. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 2‑4 years of related experience. (Preferred: related experience.)
