GENERAL FINANCE SPECIALIST

General Finance Specialist Job Description Chinese and English bilingual is required. Responsible for providing support to business groups through information analyses (e.g. current processes, actual performance vs. budget and prior year, budget, etc.), preparation of financial data/analyses for the business leaders who rely on and benefit from the information to make informed business decisions. Primary responsibilities include supporting Projects/Labs as the financial management controller for labs and projects; leading the financial analysis team, identifying areas for cost reductions and operational improvements, managing the annual budget process, periodic forecasting, and periodic analysis of business performance. Interact frequently with senior level project managers and lab leaders Perform analysis, financial planning, financial advice and provide recommendations to senior management to achieve strategic goals Present to management and key internal stakeholders Lead and manage the annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecast processes Support the month‑end closing related to projects in system Develop and publish regular reporting (both customer acquisition & financial) to track results and progress against goals/KPIs, optimizing Flash and Dashboard reporting Handle multiple tasks while appropriately prioritizing projects; demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills Qualifications Chinese and English bilingual is required. BA or above degree in economics, business, finance or related areas. 3-6 years finance or accounting work experience and minimum of 2 years of related work experience. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Comprehensive experience influencing and educating people. Advanced analytical and technical skills.
