CNA Contract Assignment

Key Responsibilities:

Administer direct patient care including vital signs monitoring, assistance with activities of daily living, and hygiene care.

Document patient observations and care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records.

Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individual patient care plans.

Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed, maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.

Assist with mobility, transfers, and ensuring patient comfort and safety during shifts.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

CNA certification in Minnesota.

CPR certification.

First Aid certification.

Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in a long-term care setting.

Ability to wear scrubs and solid shoes; no sandals or Crocs.
