WelderJoin a very fast-paced, production environment where you will engage in Pulse (MIG) welding on mild steel using weld fixtures and symbols to complete units efficiently. As a welder, you will be part of a team that averages between 2,000-2,500 welds per day, focusing on consistent cosmetic welding. Your role involves loading metal onto fixtures, welding specific parts, and passing the unit to the next welder. The role involves bending, twisting, and lifting throughout the day. The dress code includes wearing a weld helmet, gloves, weld jacket, steel toe boots, and ear plugs. Attendance is crucial, with no more than four occurrences in six months, and strict policies apply within the first 30 days.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Owatonna, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
