Position: Full-Time Location: On-site in Miramar, FL Compensation: $40-$42K Annually Position Overview As a Customer Care & Pricing Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering the high-touch service experience that sets Shipntel apart. Working closely with our Customer Care Manager at our Operations Support Center in Miramar, FL, you will serve as a trusted resource for our customers, helping them navigate their shipping programs, resolve issues, and maximize the value of their partnership with Shipntel. This position combines customer service and analytical responsibilities. On the customer care side, you will provide timely, accurate support, maintain proactive communication, and help build lasting relationships that drive customer satisfaction and retention. On the pricing support side, you will assist with shipping cost analyses, pricing reviews, reporting, and other operational tasks that help our customers reduce shipping expenses and optimize their parcel programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working with data. Key Responsibilities Comprehensive training program at our Operations Support Center in Miramar, FL Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and ticket-based support Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and timely follow‑up Assist customers with shipping, billing, tracking, and account‑related inquiries Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Care, and Operations to support customer success Perform shipping cost analyses and pricing reviews using Excel and internal systems Analyze customer shipping data and prepare pricing support reports Manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and service expectationsDevelop a strong understanding of accounts, shipping programs, and carrier services Represent Shipntel's commitment to integrity, professionalism, and customer‑first service What’s In It For You?
