Express Employment Professionals is a professional staffing firm dedicated to helping local businesses find great local talent. One of our valued clients in Nampa is seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual Receptionist to join their team.


Bilingual Receptionist

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview


We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Bilingual Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This position is responsible for managing front desk operations, supporting client intake processes, maintaining office organization, and providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced office environment and enjoy helping others while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front Office Operations

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and place outbound calls as needed.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars.
• Open and close reception and common areas daily.
• Monitor and manage reception email communications.
• Check office security cameras each morning.
• Retrieve, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
• Prepare conference rooms for client meetings, mediations, depositions, and Zoom meetings.
• Set up and assist with Zoom meetings and presentation equipment.

Client Services

• Welcome clients and ensure a positive experience from arrival through departure.
• Assist Spanish-speaking clients with communication and general office needs.
• Conduct client intake processes and collect required documentation.
• Schedule appointments related to client intakes.
• Obtain and organize copies, photographs, and other supporting documents.
• Maintain tracking records and assist with monthly reporting.
• Offer refreshments to clients and guests as appropriate.

Administrative Support

• Scan, file, and organize office and case-related documents.
• Maintain accurate filing systems and records.
• Assist attorneys and staff with administrative projects and office support tasks.
• Support daily office operations and special assignments as needed.

Office Maintenance & Supplies

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Keep conference rooms, kitchen, and common areas stocked and presentable.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies, beverages, snacks, and restroom inventory.
• Water office plants and assist with general office upkeep.
• Ensure the office remains welcoming and prepared for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative support experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling client information.
