Quality Inspector Join a High?Performance Manufacturing Team

Step into a critical quality role where precision, documentation excellence, and hands?on inspection work directly support product safety and customer satisfaction. You'll be the go?to expert ensuring every component, subassembly, and finished product meets strict standards in a regulated environment.

What You'll Do

• Inspect incoming components & finished goods to support production flow
• Perform First Article Inspections (FAIs) using calipers, micrometers, gauges, tensile testers, and other precision tools
• Coordinate calibration activities with third?party vendors
• Support preventative maintenance in partnership with Operations
• Review Design History Records (DHRs) and manage documentation in the electronic QMS
• Execute small change orders to improve processes and QMS workflows
• Collaborate with production operators to resolve equipment or documentation issues
• Perform TMVs and material reworks following nonconformance procedures
• Maintain strong, positive communication with employees, customers, and contractors
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support quality excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• 2?year technical degree preferred
• Medical device industry experience strongly preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burnsville, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
