Full-Time Ministry Coordinator

Grace Family Church is seeking a Full-Time Ministry Coordinator to provide administrative, operational, and communication support for the location while helping promote Grace Family's mission and vision. This role will provide executive support to the Location Pastor, manage schedules, correspondence, meetings, expenses, and event logistics, and help ensure smooth execution of weekend services and key church events. Responsibilities include coordinating hospitality and operational setup, supporting small groups and ministry events, overseeing visitor assimilation and follow-up, managing ministry schedules and data, recruiting and mobilizing volunteers, coordinating with Creative and other Central teams, and overseeing the development and distribution of marketing and communication materials. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, communicates well, handles confidential information with discretion, and is passionate about creating an excellent and welcoming ministry environment while living out Grace Family Church's values.

Must currently attend Grace Family Church or be willing to make Grace Family Church your home.

Should be proficient with or comfortable using Mac computers and macOS applications, as well as familiar with Google productivity tools such as Docs and Sheets.
