Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN with a specialty in Labor and Delivery for a travel contract role in Austin, TX. This role involves working in a well-equipped, dynamic environment requiring competent professionals to accommodate patient ratios and manage various responsibilities associated with labor and delivery.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – Labor and Delivery

Administering care to patients during all stages of labor
Monitoring fetal development and reporting observations
Supporting patients throughout labor, including C-sections and other procedures
Coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintaining accurate patient records including EMR Meditech

Requirements of the RN – Labor and Delivery

BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE certifications
Intermediate fetal monitoring skills
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery
Proficiency in SVE competency and C-Section circulation
