Pay $20~$25 per hour Employment Type Full-time Requirements Required to have dental background especially with treatment coordinating experience. Job Description Job duties include but are not limited to: Greeting patients when they walk in. Scheduling patients appropriately based off of a scheduling template and communicating with the doctor accordingly. Answering the phone and communicating with patients. Being able to review financials with patient’s including insurance benefits information. Working well with the front office team and orthodontic assistants to ensure a strong foundational support system for each other. Coming up with creative contest ideas and fun activities for our patients to participate in.
