Requirements

• Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (1+ years)

At least 1 year of experience in a dental or medical office reception role.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in handling patient inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to manage schedules and verify insurance efficiently.
Experience with electronic health records and medical administrative tasks.

Job Description

Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment.
Assist with patient check-in/check-out procedures, including insurance verification.
Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar.
Provide information about services, payment options, and treatment procedures.
Handle incoming calls and patient inquiries with professionalism.
Verify and update patient insurance and personal information.
Manage patient records accurately and ensure confidentiality.
Support front desk activities and coordinate care with clinical staff.
Ensure a smooth operational flow in a busy, multi-operatory practice.

Benefits

Jobley Bonus: $37 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)

Shift & Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
