Highland , a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a  Home Health Aide - on call casual to join our growing team!   

Highland Senior Living is in Little Falls, Minnesota located off 3rd avenue, just down the road from Coborn’s! Our facility is a combination of Assisted Living and Memory Care Units, with a total size of 65 total units. Together we provide excellent care and support for our residents to  Age Magnificently , check us out and join our team today!   

Position: CNA, HHA & Caregivers

Hourly: $17.00 - $22.00 for HHA, $19.0 - $24.00 for CNA hourly, depending on experience plus $1 (PM) and $2 (NOC) shift differential

Service Area: 1012 3rd Avenue Northeast, Little Falls, MN 56345

Schedule: Casual/part-time overnight/NOC, 10:15pm-6:15am  (this will be a temporary 5-month assignment)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:    

• CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. 
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.  
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. 
• Assist with medication administration. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. 
• Strong interest in healthcare. 
• Positive, compassionate attitude. 
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
