PICU Nurse Practitioner

Job Overview Nationally Ranked Pediatric Critical Care team is seeking Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to support our Top 20 Ranked Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in Dallas, Texas. Responsibilities Act as point person for pediatric care coordination of trauma, neuro, medical, and surgical patients and their families. Provide acute care nursing and physician assistant support during day and night shifts. Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions and care planning. Assist with patient assessment, management, and discharge planning. Qualifications Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant with 2+ years of acute care experience. Current licensure in Texas. Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with shift differentials, incentive plan for additional shifts, and relocation assistance. Bonuses are available through an annual productivity plan.
