Receptionist

ReceptionistAddison Group is partnering with our client to identify a Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys creating a welcoming environment while supporting daily office operations and administrative functions.The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, coordinate visitor services, assist with office administration, and support special events and projects. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a professional office setting.Key responsibilities include:Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors while ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.Answer and route incoming calls, respond to general inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.Maintain reception and common areas to ensure a clean, organized, and professional appearance.Prepare meeting spaces and assist with guest accommodations, refreshments, and visitor logistics.Support company events by coordinating invitations, tracking attendance, and assisting with event-day activities.Monitor and replenish office supplies, breakroom inventory, and other operational materials.Receive and organize deliveries, mail, and packages.Track and reconcile petty cash transactions while maintaining accurate records.Coordinate facility maintenance requests and communicate updates with appropriate parties.Address routine front office needs, including visitor questions, conference room requests, and office support tasks.Assist with administrative projects such as filing, scanning, document preparation, and data entry.Provide additional support to internal teams during busy periods and special initiatives.Qualifications:High school diploma required.Previous experience in reception, front desk support, customer service, hospitality, or administrative support preferred.Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism in all interactions.Additional details:This role is highly visible and serves as a key resource for visitors, clients, and employees.Experience supporting office operations, event coordination, or administrative functions is a plus.Candidates should be proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently.Perks:Opportunity to work in a professional, team-oriented environment.Diverse responsibilities that blend customer service and administrative support.Exposure to office operations, event coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.Long-term career growth potential.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
