We're looking for an Account Manager to join our client's team in Columbus, OH . In this role, you'll help drive revenue growth and service excellence for elevator service and repair accounts across your territory. What You'll Do: You'll play a key role in developing and maintaining service and repair accounts, fostering strong relationships with customers, and delivering high-quality support to keep vertical transportation moving efficiently and effectively. Build Customer Relationships: Develop relationships with new and existing clients through regular site visits, proactive communication, and timely follow-up. Grow Your Sales Skills: Learn how to identify opportunities, grow service and repair revenue, and support customer retention. Expand Your Network: Represent the company within industry organizations and build relationships that can lead to new business opportunities. Customize Your Offerings: Work with customers to understand their needs and develop short- and long-term plans for their buildings. Prepare Bids and Contracts: Learn to create repair proposals, conduct site surveys, review blueprints, and partner with operations teams to prepare and present service contract bids. Build Your Industry Knowledge: Learn the company's products and services, local elevator codes, and industry best practices through ongoing training and education. What You Bring to the Team: An interest in building a career in sales and account management Relevant sales, customer service, business development, or internship experience is a plus, but not required Recent college graduates with relevant coursework, internships, or customer-facing experience are encouraged to apply A self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-up habits The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confidence interacting with customers and presenting information Salesforce experience and/or familiarity with blueprints or architectural drawings is a plus Location: Columbus, OH - Local travel required to client sites and projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
