Insurance Claims Specialist

Job Description: Manage patient account balances including accurate claim submission. Ensure compliance with all federal/state and third party billing regulations. Conduct timely follow-up and assist with denial management. Provide customer support and resolve issues that arise from customer inquiries. Complete reports and clerical duties as needed. Collaborate with leadership and team members for best practices in revenue cycle operations. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. One (1) year medical billing/medical office experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Working knowledge of computers. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Knowledge of business math preferred.
