This position will report to the Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities:
- New job setup in SAP and job folder setup
- Assisting with Accounts Payable in SAP
- Administer contract billing in SAP
- Assist in the month-end close process
- Assist the Accounting Manager in creating timely and accurate financial statements
- Understand job costing reports from SAP UKG(Kronos)
- Bi-Weekly Hourly Timesheet Review
- Other administrative and accounting projects, as needed.
Education/Experience/Skills/Knowledge:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Familiar with Accounting processes, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Up to 2 years of financial experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work on many different projects at one time.
- Excellent Microsoft Office experience
- SAP, preferred
