Deliver Compassionate Care Gather data, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care needs of residents. ???? Document Accurately Chart observations and nursing interventions clearly, concisely, and in a timely manner. ??????? Lead CNAs Assign CNA duties based on resident needs and staffing levels to ensure consistent care. ???? Manage Care Loads Maintain a specified level of care for a caseload of 14 to 65 residents, depending on assignment. Qualifications: ? Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Valid State of Wisconsin (or equivalent) LPN license or RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
