Supervisor, Operations – Goose Creek, SC Position Summary The Supervisor, Operations must be competent in all aspects of the ADMA BioCenters operations. They will be required to be certified and become preceptors in each work area. The Supervisor, Operations will also supervise and train employees in each work area and assist with the supervision of all activities executed within the plasma collection centers as assigned by the Director, Center Operations or Manager, Center Quality. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to plasma production, quality assurance, and human resource management. In the absence of senior center management members, this position oversees all activities within the site; otherwise it is 100% working in their primary supervisory role. The Supervisor, Operations will work with other ADMA team members to create an environment of teamwork and mutual respect between staff members and will work to ensure donor satisfaction is maximized to provide a safe, healthy, and friendly environment for both donors and staff. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Direct oversight and responsibility for employee activities and donor service within assigned area(s). Ensure staff are trained and competent to perform job duties in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. Monitor and direct donor flow through the center to meet expected donor time in center goals. Perform lookbacks, audits, data tracking, and process flow evaluation. Work directly with QA to monitor errors, develop and implement corrective actions, and ensure the center meets regulatory, cGMP, and customer requirements at all times. Monitor staff performance against standards and provide immediate correction as needed. Monitor medical supply usage and other company resources, confirm use as intended, and routinely monitor inventory against usage. Inform Director, Center Operations or Assistant Manager when supplies are needed. Participate in center internal audits and assist as necessary. Manage donor floor production task schedules proactively. Directly oversee donor satisfaction daily and work to limit service issues and delays. Provide input into staff annual evaluations. Set an example of excellent work ethic and instill good work ethics in staff. Maintain competence with all position-required tasks; ability to train others is required. Perform all other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Entry-level management experience; minimal experience required.
