This role is focused on creating and maintaining top-quality documentation for both software and hardware products. As part of a collaborative, global environment, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver precise, customer-ready content that aligns with industry standards and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation aligned with organizational standards. Collaborate globally with product owners, engineers, developers, and marketing teams. Use modern writing techniques and tools to create clear, user-friendly content. Coordinate and review technical content with internal stakeholders. Maintain existing documentation and ensure it remains up to date with product changes. Ensure documentation supports both digital and physical product platforms. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Technical Communication or a related field). 5–7 years of experience in a technical writing role. High fluency in English, both written and oral. Proven experience working with cross-functional and global teams. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Technical Skills Required 3–5 years of experience in software technical writing. Experience using documentation tools such as: Experience with modern development processes, including SAFe Agile (preferred). Familiarity with XML-based documentation tools. Certification from the Society for Technical Communicators is a plus.
