Patient Care Associate -Outpatient New Albany Infusion Clinic Monday-Friday Schedule

Position Overview The Patient Care Associate (PCA) is an integral member of the patient care unit, working alongside Registered Nurses to provide patient care and support services aimed at achieving patient care outcomes, maximizing patient involvement, and improving service levels while reducing costs. Responsibilities Provide patient care and supportive services as part of a care team. Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other team members to achieve patient care outcomes. Maximize patient involvement in their own care plan. Maintain a culture of cooperation, enthusiasm, and mutual respect. Help improve service levels and reduce costs. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED (preferred). Previous patient care experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred). Strong customer service, organizational and time‑management skills. Successful completion of the PCA training course required after hire. Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm.
