This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong commitment to safety while helping restore properties efficiently and effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform water mitigation and extraction using pumps, vacuums, and otherrestoration equipmentConduct fire and smoke damage cleanup, including deodorization and debrisremovalSet up, monitor, and remove drying equipment such as air movers anddehumidifiersComplete demolition and removal of damaged materials as requiredRespond to emergency service calls, including on-call and after-hours workwhen neededDocument job progress with photos, notes, and daily logsFollow all safety procedures and properly use required personal protectiveequipment (PPE)Communicate professionally with managers and supervisors at job sitesSkillsSafety Awareness: Ability to follow safety protocols and use equipmentresponsiblyCommunication: Clear and professional communication with team membersand leadershipReliability: Dependable and responsive, especially during emergencysituationsAttention to Detail: Accurate documentation and careful execution ofrestoration tasksTeamwork: Willingness to support coworkers to complete jobs efficientlyPhysical Capability: Ability to perform physically demanding work in variousenvironmentsAdditional Floor care responsibilitiesRequirementsMinimum of 1 year of experience in restoration, construction, or a related fieldpreferredIICRC certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shiftsValid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)What We OfferOpportunities for training and certificationSupportive team environmentGrowth opportunities within the organizationVeterans and candidates with military experience are encouraged to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr HHS Environmental Services, LLC (USA)
