Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live>50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - Continental Division.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience:Trauma background preferred.Medical/Surgical background acceptable and welcomed.

Unit Details:Patient ratios: 1:5 RN days and nights, when possible, max 1:6.Patient-free charge nurse; PCT support for approximately 10-11 patients.Uses some lifts for mobility, chest tubes, Hemavac drains, wound vacs, JP drains, PCA, and Foley.Typical procedures include drain removal and PICC line placements with the infusion team.
