Location 12215 Telegraph Rd Suite 111 Santa Fe Springs, California 90670 Benefits Annual bonuses up to $30,000 ($2,500/month potential) Free CEUs, paid training, and ongoing mentorship Flexible scheduling, PTO, and 401(k) with financial wellness seminars Pet insurance, corporate discounts, subscriptions, and more University partnerships and tuition discounts Remote, hybrid, or onsite options Relocation assistance up to $10,000 (subject to conditions) Position Overview The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for all clinical aspects of treatment for the patients they oversee, including assessment, treatment planning, implementation oversight, caregiver collaboration, and training of behavioral technicians. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Use clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient Develop and maintain treatment plans, updating at least once per month Ensure 100% treatment adherence in all supervision hours each month Evaluate patients for skill deficits and strengths, identify function of challenging behaviors, and design functionally relevant plans to reduce them Observe and review treatment implementation for program revisions, monitor treatment integrity, and provide coaching and training to technicians Work onsite to support technicians and conduct best‑practice direct observation Summarize and analyze data to evaluate progress toward treatment goals, adjusting protocols based on data Fulfill a minimum of 120 payor/client‑authorized billable hours per month (including supervisory and therapy hours) Maintain a caseload of at least 10 patients Communicate treatment response to stakeholders (caregivers, payers) Coordinate care with internal and external professionals Administer, complete, and score standardized assessments Include caregivers in treatment team via consistent collaboration meetings Engage with payors for funding meetings and support Stay up to date on ABA best practices and maintain clinical excellence Maintain accurate documentation in Skills and the patient’s medical record Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues Provide a safe and supportive environment for all parties Maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements at all times Partner consistently with center and company leadership Adhere to work schedules, attend meetings, and meet deadlines consistently Requirements Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field Certification as a Behavior Analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary Pass a tuberculosis test Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Empathy, compassion, and strict confidentiality Collaboration with team members and positive, solution‑focused attitude Independent problem‑solving and clinical judgment Effective verbal and written communication Excellent time‑management in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and new computer systems (iPads) Continuous learning and skill development Knowledge of ABA techniques and program design for children at varying skill levels People‑management experience Ability to work in diverse locations (center, home, school, telehealth) Compliance with BACB guidelines, rules, and regulations Proficiency in English (written and verbal) Work Environment Treatment may occur in homes, the CARD center, schools, community settings, or via telehealth. Supervisors work indoors and outdoors, moving between locations throughout the day, potentially in loud or noisy environments. Physical Requirements Operate technology such as computers, laptops, iPads, cameras, and phones Work with patients seated on the floor, in chairs, or in various settings Move frequently to gather materials and support patients Assist patients physically (bending, kneeling, crouching, lifting up to 30 lbs.)
