Revital Rehab Services is seeking a skilled PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide flexible occupational therapy services at Silver Memories Health Care in Versailles, IN . This position supports therapy programs designed to enhance residents' independence and functioning under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments following established standards, company policies, and therapy department procedures
• Conduct resident screenings at regular intervals to assess the need for intervention or treatment, as permitted by state regulations and company guidelines
• Assist the Occupational Therapist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans

What You'll Bring:

• Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in Indiana
• Must be 18 years or older
• Commitment to ongoing education and maintaining licensure and certification
