What You'll Do Own the Back-of-House Strategy: Lead purchasing, inventory, and food cost management with precision. Your production forecasting expertise keeps operations smooth, efficient, and consistently prepared. Raise the Culinary Bar: Protect the integrity of every dish by ensuring recipes, execution, and quality consistently meet — and exceed — client expectations. Inspire and Develop Your Team: Lead with purpose. Coach and motivate your brigade to embrace innovation, sharpen their craft, and stay ahead of emerging culinary trends. Champion Safety and Operational Excellence: Maintain an inspection-ready kitchen through rigorous safety, sanitation, and compliance standards while leveraging smart technology and automated systems to drive efficiency.
