Location: Branchburg, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (40 hrs/week)
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Direct Hire

Compensation

• Pay: $22–$27 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented  Install/Service Coordinator to manage multiple installation and servicing projects from booking through completion. While dispatching technicians is part of the role, the primary responsibility is proactively coordinating small, high-volume projects to ensure they remain on schedule and are completed efficiently.

The Install Coordinator serves as the main point of communication between customers, Project Managers, Sales, technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams, helping drive projects forward while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage multiple installation projects from start to finish, ensuring projects remain on schedule.
• Schedule service, inspection, and installation appointments to maximize technician productivity.
• Dispatch technicians and subcontractors as needed.
• Create, manage, and track work orders from initiation through close-out.
• Provide customers with regular project updates and communicate project status throughout each phase.
• Track parts orders, deliveries, and equipment to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Monitor project milestones, including design, permitting, and installation progress.
• Manage project budgets and productivity targets.
• Ensure projects are completed within the company's 45-day completion goal.
• Coordinate National Accounts installations as needed.
• Review completed work orders for accuracy, completion, and required documentation.
• Complete and maintain contract documentation and quality control (QC) paperwork.
• Ensure technicians submit all required paperwork within established timelines.
• Maintain technician schedules and appointment calendars.
• Order materials and equipment while coordinating inventory distribution to field technicians.
• Receive inventory and assist with inventory management and physical inventory counts.
• Complete daily operational and project status reports.
• Coordinate scheduling, customer notifications, and equipment procurement.
• Serve as the liaison between Sales, Project Managers, field technicians, subcontractors, and customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative, project coordination, service coordination, dispatch, or operations experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of ERP or work order management systems preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

• Project management experience is a plus; however, this role focuses on managing numerous smaller, high-volume projects.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to sit, reach, handle objects, push, pull, and communicate.
• Frequently required to stand and walk.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Must possess close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods, including occasional nighttime driving.
