Job Description
Title: X-Ray Tech - Radiology

Schedule:
- Shift: Mon-Thu, 12:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- On-call: Yes, 3 call shifts/month

Requirements:
- Minimum: 1 year radiology experience
- Required certifications: ARRT (R), Oregon state radiology license, BLS
- Preferred: Fluoroscopy permit (if applicable); community hospital experience; prior EPIC charting experience
- Core clinical skills: Extremities (upper/lower), Abdomen/GI series, Spine/Pelvis, Chest/Thorax, Musculoskeletal imaging, Surgery/C-Arm procedures

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform X-ray examinations on various patient age groups, including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
- Operate radiographic equipment to obtain high-quality images for diagnosis.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
- Ensure quality control and maintain equipment in good working order.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation: 40 hours
- Pre-approved time off: 2 days (per contract rules)
- Time off/holiday commitment: Must commit to working 3 of these 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, New Year's Day.
- Must have a vehicle for this assignment.
