Job Description Responsibilities Drive the strategic Purchasing and Supply Chain Management activities Develop, lead and execute key purchasing strategies in support of our production, development and financial goals Recruit, develop, lead and mentor a high performing team of Global Supply Managers Develop and track key performance metrics Manage full battery pack cost BOM and drive total cost transparency Identify and develop relationships with top quality global suppliers Lead strategic contract negotiations Qualifications Requirements: Industry background: Automotive or Battery suppliers Knowledge and skills: Strong EV battery pack and cell knowledge; automotive or electronics background; Negotiation skills Education / Training: BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management Degree; MBA Competencies: 10+ years of experience Nationality prefer: N/A Language skills: English Location: Santa Clara Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Vault
