The right candidates will have the opportunity to move into multi-club positions as we grow! Position The ideal Fitness Manager will be primarily responsible for driving studio sales and memberships. This role is comprised of 80-90% sales and 10-20% staff management and studio operations. A Fitness Manager is a proven sales leader who exudes strength of character, passion and humility, and knows how to create an amazing culture to get the best performance from the team. Previous military or competitive coaching experience will help you excel in this role. You must lead by example in generating leads and referrals, passionate sales presentations, and show you can duplicate yourself through the development of your team. This job is around 50 hours a week, and most shifts will be Monday-Friday from 9am-7pm and occasional 4-hour shifts on Saturdays based on performance. Compensation Fitness Managers are on a salary of $60,000/year and will earn monthly bonuses of up to an additional $3,000/month. Responsibilities Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking Implement a sales process to schedule prospects into Intro class Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts Supervise Sales Representatives and Flexologists Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc. Lead by Example with Compassion Take Extreme Ownership Exercise Humility Be a Problem Solver Engage in Healthy Conflict Put Your People First Maintain the Standard of Excellence as an Absolute Commit Wholeheartedly Follow Your Leaders with Joy and Integrity Maintain a Positive Attitude in the Face of Adversity Requirements Must have a relevant degree, license or certification in the wellness/fitness space 2+ years of fitness sales experience or membership sales preferred Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in salesAbility to work independently and collaborate with studio owner Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail Excellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment An affinity and passion for fitness Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Professional, punctual, reliable and neat Strong attention to detail and accuracy Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public Proficiency with computers and Studio software #J-18808-Ljbffr
