A privately held investment platform based in Denver is looking to bring on an Associate to join its growth-oriented investment team. The firm focuses on partnering with lower middle-market businesses across consumer-driven and service-oriented sectors, taking a hands‑on approach to long‑term value creation. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on all aspects of the investment lifecycle while gaining meaningful exposure to both deal execution and portfolio company strategy Position Overview The Associate will play a key role in evaluating new opportunities, supporting active investments, and helping drive strategic initiatives across a select group of portfolio companies. This role offers significant responsibility and direct interaction with leadership, providing exposure that goes beyond a typical junior investing role.
