Responsibilities Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Prepare food to item specifications, plan future and mass productions, manage seasonality, and adhere to food safety, sanitation, cold‑chain, and inventory standards. Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment and demonstrate an understanding of product and layout execution. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support associate engagement. Drive area performance: stock and rotate merchandise, enforce quality and date‑control standards, eliminate waste, and provide member service. Act as a brand advocate, train and inspire teammates, and promote a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented work style. Comply with company policies, procedures and ethics, including using the Open Door Policy and applying action plans. Use data, resources, and collaboration to set priorities, meet deadlines, communicate progress, and recommend improvement opportunities. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must successfully complete all job‑required training and assessments within a prescribed time period. Preferred: Food Safety Certification, Food Service certification, Food Handler Certification.
