LOCATION: Cypress Room-Across from Burger U -12789 E Plaza Dr, Orlando, FL 32816

PARKING: Garage D - Top Floor Only. Street parking is available for a fee.

Job Summary

Summary: Ensures concessions locations are socked with product and continues to assist leads/supervisors with any duties assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties; removes trash and garbage to designated areas.

• Inventories and restocks supplies and food products.

• Sets up items for purchase on daily basis.

• Keeps refrigerator stocked and product rotated using the first in, first out rule.

• Stocks pantries with correct par levels of food items on a daily basis. Records replenished amounts on floor stock form for each unit. Records refrigerator temperatures on floor stock form daily.

• Runs product during events to concessions locations.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
