IT Support Engineer

Skills Required: • Years of Experience Required: 3-5 years of experience as a customer support engineer

Degrees or certifications required: No degree required - CKA certification (certified Kubernetes admin) is a HUGE plus . Azure certifications are great as well.
Disqualifiers: Candidates that do not have technical support/customer facing experience will not be considered (such as administrators or general engineers without significant support experience)
Best vs. Average: Kubernetes is a HUGE plus.

Responsibilities: • Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems, typically of a lower complexity

May install software or perform hardware testing remotely
Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors
Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities
Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support Top 3 Hard Skills Required 1. Azure support (preferably Kubernetes) | 3+ Years of Experience

Red Hat Linux | 2+ Years of Experience
Customer support using Networking | 2+ Years of Experience
