Director, Drug Delivery System Strategy & Planning.

Director-level strategy role focused on developing and executing global drug delivery system approaches across Gilead's pipeline. The position bridges commercial, medical, and pharmaceutical development teams to identify differentiated product-system solutions and shape investment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Build strategic partnerships across Commercial, Medical, and PDM functions to influence product-system strategy
- Advise on product system strategy and Target Product Profile development for early-stage programs
- Lead scenario planning and business case development translating technical and commercial inputs into recommendations
- Monitor development pipeline, maintain product roadmap and forecasts across therapeutic areas
- Generate market insights from competitive intelligence and user research to inform strategy
Requirements
- Master's degree in business, science, or engineering plus 10+ years relevant industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering plus 12+ years relevant industry experience
- Working knowledge of FDA, EMA, and cGMP standards for combination products
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through dotted-line reporting structures
- Strong business acumen with technical depth in drug delivery and combination product development
- Experience with innovation, development, or commercialization of combination devices or product systems
