MRI Technologist - Weekends

Job Description Position: Part‑time MRI Technologist (Weekend shifts, with optional weekday/weeknight shifts) Location: Boca Raton, FL – 201 Plaza Real, Suite 1202 Employment Type: Permanent, on‑site About the Role: As an MRI technician at Prenuvo’s Boca Raton clinic, you will operate MRI scanners, maintain equipment, and ensure high‑quality scans. Shift scheduling is flexible based on demand, with a focus on weekend coverage. What You’ll Do Operate MRI scanners, ensure patient safety, and perform Prenuvo scan protocols. Order supplies, clean equipment, and prepare the scan room. Troubleshoot equipment issues and report them to the relevant department. Utilize PACS and software systems for ancillary tools. Post‑process images, transfer them to PACS, and complete all processing steps. Train new technologists on patient safety, room prep, communication, acquisition, time management, and post‑processing. What You’ll Bring Strong knowledge of MRI imaging and patient safety. Licensed CAMRT and BLS certification. Completion of an accredited MRI or radiologic technology program. At least two years of clinical MRI experience. Ability to perform all MRI examinations independently following clinic protocols. Proficiency in advanced MR studies. Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills and patient‑care focus. Willingness to learn new skills and maintain quality of work.
