Government Benefits Call Center Specialist (Bilingual)

The State of Florida, Department of Children and Families, is seeking a Call Center Services Representative I to provide eligibility support in a call center. This role involves handling customer service tasks related to government assistance programs and entering data into the eligibility system. The position is full-time (40 hours/week), 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, in-office.
