MaziCTools in the United States is seeking a Call Center Representative to handle inbound calls for PLCC, PSCC & Vision Plus accounts related to Bankruptcy, Estate Recovery, Attorney Legal Accounts, and Charged Off Accounts. The successful candidate will use influencing and negotiation skills to resolve complex scenarios and provide exceptional customer service. You will handle inbound calls from consumers and third parties, educate customers on next steps, schedule payments, and work to resolve #J-18808-Ljbffr MaziCTools
