Order PickerBurlington, NC 27215Employment Type: Contract to Perm Job Number: 60449809 Pay Rate: $15.00 / hourJob Summary: We are seeking a dependable Order Picker to accurately pull, organize, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Responsibilities:Pick products accurately according to customer orders and pick lists.Operate RF scanners to locate and verify inventory.Pull, pack, label, and stage products for shipment.Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment as required.Verify product numbers, quantities, and orders for accuracy.Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse.Maintain accurate inventory and report shortages or damaged products.Inspect products for damage before shipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.Meet established productivity and accuracy goals.Assist with shipping, receiving, and other warehouse duties as needed.Qualifications:Previous warehouse or order-picking experience preferred.RF scanner experience is a plus.Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count inventory.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
