We are seeking an experienced Residential Carpenter to support ongoing projects in Bend and the surrounding Central Oregon area. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skill, reliability, and a commitment to high‑quality workmanship. This role requires the ability to work independently, follow project specifications, and maintain a professional presence on active jobsites.

Requirements

• Perform framing, siding, trim, window/door installation, and general residential carpentry
• Interpret construction drawings and project plans accurately
• Execute work efficiently while maintaining craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Collaborate with site supervisors and crew members to meet project timelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Identify and resolve onsite issues to keep projects moving smoothly

• Proven experience in residential carpentry (journeyman-level preferred)
• Proficiency in both rough and finish carpentry
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude
